The Maasai School Project
Our goal is to bring lasting transformation to the Maasai, beginning with clean water for every school, which will eventually reach nearly everyone in the region, as we have done elsewhere with great success.
The first phase of the Maasai School Project will focus on 79 schools in the Trans-Mara region, representing nearly 60,000 children, plus their teachers and families.
We need $1M to complete phase 1 of the Maasai School Project which will provide clean water for all 79 schools, changing and saving the lives of thousands of people, bringing hope, joy, health and transformation to the Maasai people for generations to come!
Our Story
While working for the US Government in the 1990’s, Matt Peterson was surprised to witness people drink water from polluted green rivers where they were also washing their clothes in and feeding cattle from. He later was made aware that polluted drinking water around the world was responsible for prematurely killing 3 million annually, most of them children.
